We’re based in Schaumburg with a six-county Chicagoland core — Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, McHenry, and Will — and we serve clients across all of Illinois. We also handle long-distance and out-of-state trips whenever one leg of the journey starts or ends in Illinois.
Trips inside the six-county core are our everyday routes. Statewide and long-distance transport is quoted individually by distance and transport type — call and we’ll give you a clear number before anything is booked.
For routine appointments, 24–48 hours helps us reserve the right vehicle and Transportation Specialists.
Long-distance and interstate trips are best arranged a few days ahead so we can plan the route — though we do our best to accommodate discharges on shorter notice.
For destinations a commercial flight reaches, ask about our Flight Nurse Companion service — an RN travels bedside to bedside with your loved one. Ground long-distance is best for regional trips, or when flying isn’t an option.
