Rear-Entry Toyota Sienna Hybrids
A spring-assisted, non-slip fold-out ramp rated to 1,000 lb, with the chair riding centered down the cabin. The ramp is about 40" wide, but the cabin floor is 34" — so your wheelchair needs to measure 34" or less, wheel to wheel. We confirm the fit before the trip.
Door-Through-Door Assistance
Your Transportation Specialist comes inside to get you and takes you inside at the destination — not just curb to curb. We give minimal assistance: please have the client already seated in their wheelchair, since we can’t transfer from a bed or another chair.
A Clear Stairs Plan
Tell us about any steps when you book. For four steps or fewer, we bring a portable ramp. For more than four, your safety comes first: we’ll look for an accessible entrance, and if there isn’t one, we may ask the local fire department for a lift assist. We’ll talk it through with you before the trip, so there are no surprises on the day.

A few steps between the front door and the street shouldn’t keep anyone home. Tell us how many when you book, plus any railing or side entrance, and we’ll plan the safest way in and out before your first ride. No surprises at pickup.

- Book 24–48 hours ahead to hold your slot.
- Same-day or last-minute? We may be able to fit you in, depending on availability. If your time is flexible, we’ll get as close to it as we can — short-notice times aren’t guaranteed.
- Rides are scheduled 24/7. Our team answers weekdays 7 AM–10 PM and weekends 8 AM–5 PM; after hours, Iris, our AI assistant, helps with intake.

Excellent transportation company. Ordered them last minute and they were able to accommodate our last minute doctor appointment. This company is really great for last minute accommodations which is what I needed. They came on time the 2 gentlemen that picked me up from hospital after total hip replacement. They were very caring and really nice it was the most pleasant and comfortable 31 min drive. You get regular updates on were they are the time there coming even phone calls to confirm everything so there was no confusion. It was a very pleasant transportation. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The driver came right to my door, held doors open for me, and assisted me in every way. I used your service on August 3, 2025 at 4:45 P.M. I wanted transport to the hospital my physicians are at, not the closest hospital. My Lady who is a retired OR nurse of 44 years at LaGrange Hospital looked for a reasonably priced transport service. Yours is most reasonable. She found you have a 5 star rating, which of course being the internet is nice but you never really know. Now we do know. You earned every bit of those 5 stars and another 5 if I could. Randy and Mark came on time, got me securely and safely out of the chair, out of my house, down my stairs and into the vehicle. The vehicle had all new looking equipment, spotless clean, and very modern and up to date. Randy made me feel safe, and Mark right there with him. I felt safe. And Mark gave a good conversation on the ride which made a bad situation much more comforting. They are great. I cannot say enough good things about these two men and your company. I am retired now, but I was in sales, and I would have loved to sell your services to all the hospitals and healthcare facilities in the area. It would be such an easy sell, and point of pride. The rehab place I’m staying at arranged transport for me with Rainbow Road. What a wonderful arrangement that was. I was contacted to confirm the arrangement, was advised when the driver was on his way and when he arrived. When my appointment with the doctor was over I contacted them again and the driver was dispatched. Again I was notified of all that was happening. The driver was Lorenzo and he was marvelous. When wheeling me from the building into the van he made me aware of each bump and ramp the chair was encountering so I wouldn’t be concerned. He got me into the doctor’s office reception area so I was all set. He picked me up when the appointment was over and his actions were the same as the first ride. He is a great asset for Rainbow Road. For my next trip I contacted Rainbow Road again and requested Lorenzo. The service provided was as good as previous. I would recommend Rainbow Road to anyone needing medical transportation and if you’re lucky enough, you may get Lorenzo as your driver.
Rainbow Road Transport is excellent. The professionalism in customer care is something of short supply lately but NOT with Rainbow Road. The customer care is outstanding. We were informed of everything, down to every last detail. There were no surprises, just unbelievable care and compassion for the patient. I cannot praise this company enough. Please ride in your own wheelchair — that’s what we ask of every client, except hospital discharges, where we bring our own transport wheelchair.
If you ride in our van’s wheelchair, it’s for the transport only: at the clinic or hospital, you’ll move into the facility’s wheelchair, with help from their staff. We can’t leave our chair behind, because the return trip may be a different Specialist and every van needs its chair for the next discharge.
Yes, as long as it measures 34" or less wheel to wheel (the width of our cabin floor) and the ramp’s 1,000 lb load rating. Tell us the make and model at booking if you’re unsure.

No. Our Transportation Specialists give minimal assistance — a steady arm, pushing the wheelchair, help with the steps — but they can’t transfer a client from a bed, or from one chair to another, into a wheelchair, and they can’t lift or carry a client.
Please have your loved one seated in their wheelchair before pickup, with help from family, a caregiver, or facility staff.
If they can’t sit upright, Stretcher-Alternative transportation is the better fit — there, we move them from the bed to our stretcher on a slide sheet we bring.
