Getting home again — will-call and Wait & Return

Appointments never end exactly when they are supposed to. There are two ways we bring a client home, and only one of them is the default.

Will-Call Is the Default

On a round trip, the return is will-call. The client or the facility calls when the appointment is done and a Transportation Specialist comes back — there is no second booking to make and nothing to schedule in advance.

The one thing to plan for

Wait time after the appointment may be up to 60–90 minutes during peak times. Rainbow Road Transport will do its best to pick up the client as early as possible.

Wait & Return — An Optional Paid Add-On

If waiting is not workable — a frail client, a short procedure, a tight day — Wait & Return is the alternative. Your Transportation Specialist stays on site or nearby and brings the client home right after the appointment ends.

It is not the standard return and it is not included. Wait & Return is requested at booking, is subject to availability and dispatcher approval, and is billed separately:

0–30 minutes
$35
31–60 minutes
$70
After the first hour
$70 per hour

Which One to Ask For

Most round trips run fine on will-call. Ask for Wait & Return when a 60–90 minute wait would be genuinely hard on the client, or when the appointment is short enough that a return trip makes little sense. Tell us at booking either way — Wait & Return cannot be added once the Specialist has left.
