 Verified I used your service on August 3, 2025 at 4:45 P.M. I wanted transport to the hospital my physicians are at, not the closest hospital. My Lady who is a retired OR nurse of 44 years at LaGrange Hospital looked for a reasonably priced transport service. Yours is most reasonable. She found you have a 5 star rating, which of course being the internet is nice but you never really know. Now we do know. You earned every bit of those 5 stars and another 5 if I could. Randy and Mark came on time, got me securely and safely out of the chair, out of my house, down my stairs and into the vehicle. The vehicle had all new looking equipment, spotless clean, and very modern and up to date. Randy made me feel safe, and Mark right there with him. I felt safe. And Mark gave a good conversation on the ride which made a bad situation much more comforting. They are great. I cannot say enough good things about these two men and your company. I am retired now, but I was in sales, and I would have loved to sell your services to all the hospitals and healthcare facilities in the area. It would be such an easy sell, and point of pride.  Verified If help the family member of mine the rates are very fair they usually are able to help people within 24 hours even if you've cancelled on them very polite careful clean safe will definitely recommend them to answer the phone.  Verified I first used Rainbow Road Transport  January of 2024. I am happy to report that a year later, I received the same 5 star service. Customer Service is excellent. The drivers (my driver was Radostov) are professional, courteous and caring in nature. The vehicles are clean and seem well maintained. I like knowing that the drivers arrive on time (in my case, early). All-in-all, a great experience...again.

 Verified Rainbow Road Transport is excellent. The professionalism in customer care is something of short supply lately but NOT with Rainbow Road. The customer care is outstanding.   We were informed of everything,  down to every last detail.  There were no surprises,  just unbelievable care and compassion for the patient.   I cannot praise this company enough.
